1. Services

HVAC Services LLC ("Company") provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection services. By requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are provided in writing and are free of charge
• Work begins only after written or verbal approval of the estimate
• The final invoice will not exceed the approved estimate without prior notification and your approval
• Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours and holiday calls — these will be disclosed upfront

3. Warranty

All labor performed by HVAC Services is warranted for a minimum of 1 year from the date of service. New equipment installations carry the manufacturer's warranty plus our additional labor warranty as specified in your service agreement. Warranties are void if the system is modified or serviced by an unlicensed third party.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 4 hours notice at no charge
• Same-day cancellations for non-emergency appointments may incur a $35 scheduling fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or severe weather

5. Property Access & Liability

You agree to provide our technicians safe and reasonable access to the equipment or areas requiring service. HVAC Services LLC carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and full workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by equipment failure prior to our service.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless a financing arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Accounts past due by 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us directly at (800) 555-0100 so we may resolve the issue promptly. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns before any formal proceedings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America.
